While waiting for an appointment with my regular massage therapy place, I was looking around for an additional one because the knots in my neck were particularly angry this week... lol. I saw a number to contact and Liz got back to me quickly. Throughout everything, she was kind, and she gave me the … More most intensive massage I've received. My stress always collects in my neck and shoulders which causes pain, but she individually removed each of those stubborn knots right out! She also was super kind (as was another worker and even some of the other clients in the office!); it was a very inviting atmosphere. Plus I got to learn a little about reiki which was cool; I'm hoping to learn more. I definitely want to return to this location occasionally! The service was awesome and I'm glad I came out. I should also mention that I checked to see if they had a late notice booking and they were able to get me in the next day. You can't beat it!

I love that she has the anatomical diagrams on the wall and references the various muscles so I can better understand what's going on … More with my body. She knows her stuff! She asked all the … More right questions, like what I wanted to focus on and what I expected from the session. I let her know my neck and shoulders are what are always troubling me, but that they felt pretty good at that moment so the whole body would be fine.
Once we got into it she started on my neck and shoulders and actually found some small spaces within there that had never been worked before. Her pressure and gentle firmness were the best I've ever had, of course, she checked in a time or two to make sure the pressure was right for me. We were a good 20-30 minutes in I guessed and I realized that my shoulders and neck were worst than I had originally thought, so I requested if she wouldn't mind staying focused on those and ixnay the full body. Well, she batted that curveball out of the park. To say I was impressed was an understatement as I've been receiving massages for the past 15 years and I walked out of there with a new lease on life. I felt more relaxation and no pain in my neck and shoulders when I left! Thank you Eryn!

I had a great experience with Beyond Massage. I was running late for my appointment and Liz called to see if I needed help with directions. I was in the hallway when she called. From there we went into a waiting room on the wall were beautiful pictures taken by her husband. The pictures created a very … More positive atmosphere. The focus for this session was I had a lot of built up stress in my shoulders and lower back. The massage was very professional, just enjoying relaxing being on the heated massage table was worth it. It definitely loosened the mussels in my back. Also Liz performed a cranial massage, which really helped calm and quiet my mind.Part of this session focused on Reiki energy work. This is something I have read about and is new to me. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Liz Foy at Beyond Massage.
