We recommend preparing for your massage by drinking plenty of water before your appointment (this will keep you hydrated), eating a well-balanced meal beforehand (this will fuel your body), and thinking about any goals for the session. If possible, try to avoid coffee or any caffeinated drinks within 12 hours of your session. For you to get your full appointment time, please bring completed intake paperwork with you to your appointment and arrive a few minutes early, if possible.
