It depends on what’s going on with your body! If you’re experiencing any pain or discomfort from an injury or illness, we recommend at least monthly sessions until things start feeling better again. Regular massages can help keep your body in tip top shape, helping reduce the chance of further injuries. If you’re feeling great but need stress relief it can also be helpful.
We recommend that you get at least one massage every month or two months (depending on how often you have tension in your body). If you have chronic pain or other issues that need addressing, then more frequent visits may be recommended by your therapist.
