We use a variety of techniques to meet your needs based on your goals for the session (pain relief, increased range of motion, relaxation, etc). Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (LDT)
LDT is a gentle hands on technique to help promote lymphatic movement and to reduce swelling. This can be used after a surgery, especially for a cosmetic procedure such as liposuction, tummy tucks, or BBLs. LDT is also helpful for scar tissue and overall wellness. (sometimes also known as Manual Lymphatic Drainage, MLD)
Auto Accident Care
If you were hurt in an auto accident, your auto insurance may cover your massage therapy treatment. We will need to speak with you to get more information before your session, so please call us (502-741-8963) before or after scheduling.

Emotional healing supports you in letting go of those things that no longer serve you, so you can bring in more of what you want to live your ideal life. This is a technique where we will discuss goals, uniquely discover the ROOT cause of the issue, and use the power of forgiveness to fully release the concern and reach a deep state of healing
Reiki
Life energy flows through and around each of us. Reiki is a relaxation technique that restores the flow of energy so the body can heal itself. Your practitioner channels this flow of energy, as well as incorporates other energy healing techniques into your session.
